Welcome to my blog!  I am Anne.  I am a wife and mommy to 3 beautiful little humans.   I feel passionate about passing on to our kids the beauty of them seeing us being happy, healthy, active and alive.  Allowing the ability to awaken our senses and unlock our hearts desires.
