Poshmark vs Stitch Fix

So as you know I am a big fan of Stitch Fix and also getting things delivered to my door.  This is, for anyone who doesn't know, a box of clothes each month delivered to your door that you have 3 business days to try on and decide what to keep or send back.  You have the ability to give your stylist as much info as possible to give you the best options.  I have fallen in love with it!  I have also used Le Tote.  I tried this prior to Stitch Fix and have really enjoyed having this option as well.  Unlike Stitch fix this is clothing that you can rent so it comes to you with no tags and you have as long as you would like to wear the cloths.  When done you simply send back and they allow you to customize your next tote.  The fee is a little more each month because you are renting but you can still buy something that you love as well which is nice.  Unlike Stitch Fix where the stylist picks your clothes you get to customize your tote by looking through the inventory and adding the items you want in the appropriate size.  They have clothes, jewelry and handbags which is fun!  I like this option because there are times when I am not in love with something enough to buy it but if I can wear it for a few times and then send back for something else then it is not taking up space in my small closet and it is less clutter for me to deal with. I love this for handbags because I love a new purse but I have not space to keep anymore.  Again,  unless I LOVE it I like having a change to use one and send it back.  I have this happen a lot that I buy a shirt of pants and then I wear it a few times and then I would like to be able to sell it (poshmark!)  or give it back to move on to something else.  The days of holding onto clothes forever is over.  It is nice because when you are in between sizes like me after having a baby I know that I need clothes but do not want to buy in that size since I am determined to be smaller soon.  Not that I wont buy some in that size if I love it but I don't want a whole closet full of stuff in there that will not fit me.  I was a med shirt and now I am a small so it is nice that I rented a lot of the med shirts.  It is a nice way to supplement your wardrobe.  I just used it for our Disney trip.  I needed some warm weather clothes but did not want to rush out to buy stuff that I was not in love with or needed right now so I used Le Tote to take shorts and some short sleeved shirts.  I also borrowed from a friend too!  I love sharing closets with friends.  They have maternity which I would use if I ever got pregnant again.  I am over my current pregnancy clothes and after 3 times around I would love to rent rather than buy a new wardrobe that I wont have in my closet to worry about getting rid of.  It really gives you more style options and allows you to wear more clothes and outfits with your current wardrobe inventory.  They have been great to deal with and the app is really easy to use.  You can cancel anytime or just put your account on hold for a little which I have done.  I think that stitch fix and Le Tote compliment each other for me and my needs right now.  If you are interested in trying Le Tote use this code and get a free tote on me!  I think you will be glad you tried it!  Happy shopping! FREE Tote code
